The craftsmanship on this box is not worth it. A 10 year old child opened the drawer and the front panel fell off. The front of the box is falling apart. No ordinary tree. Made from balsamic wood. Definitely a shame as I thought it would be a good buy. Apparently poorly polished, and the pieces are not glued together at all, using small thumbtacks that seem useless. Now I have to glue the box myself. Only bad! 1 star is even too good to be disappointed! UPDATE 01-04-2020 - Contacted customer service and seems very concerned about the quality of the box we have received. They sent a new one for free. I like it when customer service is responsive like it used to be. I'm raising my rating in anticipation of the arrival of the new box. Stay with us. Customer service contacted me and sent me a new art box. I was shocked to find it full of consumables as I just asked them to replace the box myself. They were fantastic and sent me a new one too. I am happy to report that I would buy from this company again without a doubt!
