It's 1:30 am and I just had to write a review for this product. Somewhere in the reviews I noticed that people complained that the zipper was small and it was difficult to put a pillow in there. That's right! I ripped apart my stitched sofa cushions to slip over my old bedspreads and when I realized they didn't fit, I felt like my whole world was falling apart! As I sat trying to put it on, the zipper broke and I heard a crackling noise from underneath. I figured if it's already torn I might as well continue to tear to make room. Anyway, long story short, I just used the top design piece and tucked the bottom piece under the pillow instead of closing it up completely. Now it looks more like a sheet than a zippered cover. Works for me! It is easier to remove for washing. So if you have this problem, don't despair. I definitely think it cost $10 to cover my old, torn pillows.
