We live in an area where it can snow 6-8 months a year. The longer the winter, the more your gloves wear out. You lose them, one falls out of your coat pocket and you don't realize it, you have to clear a lot of snow or get your car out of a ditch and end up with wet gloves. Of course, having just one pair of gloves isn't usually the best idea and I'm happy to get them for the boys, both my husband and my son who visits me often. My husband tried them on and he thought they were a bit scratchy but I told him they were acrylic. I noticed that one of the gloves was missing a spot where a knit loop was missing. My husband can knit so he can fix it if needed. He doesn't have a cell phone, but my son does, so I'm sure he'll appreciate the patches on his gloves for using a cell phone. As a last resort, I can wear them even though my fingers are too long for me. I only know how many times I've lost my gloves. Thank you for the new delivery of gloves. It's the 80's here now so I can't tell how warm they are.
