Very good dish! I use this every time I need to defrost meat, it helps catch any blood or liquids that spill out, the tray has 2 tiers to separate juices, it doesn't make a mess with clean up and doesn't require water or a mic. Just put in whatever meat you want and let it thaw. I didn't time each meat to see how quickly it thaws because I don't have the time, but it thaws quickly and evenly. The quality is good, a kind of light metal, easy to clean. It fits into a family size steak and still has room around it. It's about the size of a cutting board, so it's easy to store away when not in use. I used to put meat in the sink, which was awkward when you wanted to use it and sometimes took a long time to thaw. That way I can use it from the sink on the counter for others to use. You don't realize the need for it until you have it. I've had it for 2 months and I appreciate it.
