upper nut was sent with incorrect thread pitch
came with nuts that were too big. was in a dilemma installing it so had to use the nuts provided. There is no way to keep the shaft from rotating when installing the upper sleeve. The nuts are tight, but now there is no way to remove them to replace the lever.
