2009 Ford Escape: Although your hoses look good on the outside, over time they can swell on the inside and prevent brake fluid from flowing back into the line. My front right caliper would not retract after releasing the brake, resulting in restricted movement and a very hot wheel. I swapped out the right and left hoses as this has to be done in pairs and the problem was resolved immediately.
