Not working for temperature and humidity measurement

Instructions are terrible, English was clearly a problem. I managed to hook up power and a small fan and it seemed to work, but nothing happened.

Hole size: 45mm x 25mm/1.76" x 1"; Two-color LED display: temperature controller control instrument, which simultaneously displays the measured temperature (red) and the set temperature (blue). which can be applied for cooling/heating mode you can check indoor or outdoor temperature
