I believe the lack of hardware issue that others have mentioned in these reviews is partly due to the hardware holding the bag (screws etc.) bad is sealed and opened during shipping. mine did exactly that. Items were all over the box and I couldn't find everything until I broke the box and found everything (rolled under the bottom flaps). There are also NO instructions, just a couple of screws and washers, and as someone who doesn't know what's typical for something like this, it was frustrating. This seems a bit crappy now because I don't think it was done right, but it needs to be done. Luckily it won't wear out much. Assembly issues aside, the item is great and delivers the desired look. Decent quality for everything else. The wooden frame feels very solid and the bolting/pre-assembly is very good. Esthetic. Packaging and assembly aside, this will be a five star product.
