The ease of using this software has been my favorite part about it. It is very user friendly and easy to use for both consumers and employees in regards to uploading documents. I have had no issues with this program. If you are looking for an easy to use program that will make your compliance process easier this is perfect! We are able to easily upload all necessary documents into one place which makes our compliance process much smoother than if we were to have to go through numerous different websites. I like how easy it was for me with my limited knowledge about this software program - especially when compared against other programs out there in terms or ease/usefulness (i think). The fact you can't just click "send" without having all your info ready makes things more difficult than necessary at times but not impossible by any means! Documentation compliance has been much easier since we implemented DOCN into our business practices; now everything's streamlined between us & FDA!!
