2 stars it's sad I wanted it to be of good quality (it has a lot of good reviews some with the same what happened to mine but i skipped it hoping to have good experience like many others) i really liked this humidifier while it worked it did the job i needed it has a good one Amount of water, it's silent, easy to use and clean, even the light is good but only worked 8 nights. I have used it correctly and carefully, following all the instructions in the manual. I only used soft water, always on flat surfaces and when it would not turn back on I resorted to a list of manuals showing the different options for its failure and how to do it, I did everything but nothing was possible . I will be returning it and I don't want to return this product, I don't want to live with the possibility of it stopping working after a few nights.
