This set of cutting boards is pretty with red handles, but not durable. Within the first week cutting lines were visible despite normal use. By the second week, there was a deeper cut that had a dark substance in the cut that was not removable even with bleach. Also they are thin compared to the previous set I had had for probably 12-15 years. Yes, I had read the reviews and observed similar complaints about cuts and thinness. Since this was the best choice I found on revain I went ahead and ordered. Should have listened. I would not recommend this set if you are particular about esthetics with your cutting boards.
