The product itself appeared to deserve a 5 star rating but the seller could not deliver it intact which equates to a 1 star rating hence a compromise with 3 star rating It would have been a fine natural feather if it had not been placed in a flexible casing and crushed. Notified Azure about this and they immediately sent another one on a cardboard strip 2 inches shorter than the quill so one ended up being crushed too. After informing Azuregreen about this, they refunded the money in full. It shouldn't be that hard to put it on a piece of cardboard that's a little longer than the feather. But both times they promptly responded to the question.
