Review on Vivere ORBL1-TT Outdoor Rocking Chair, True Turquoise Orbital Lounger by Scott Reeves

I purchased and received this Orbital Rocker through revain. After unpacking and assembling it, I noticed a couple of defects in the threads of the sling that you lie on. You can't see this until it's all assembled. I contacted the manufacturer Vivere by email through their customer service site and explained the issue- that these minor defects will lead shortly to holes in the fabric and asked for a replacement of just the sling. They told me to dissasemle the lounger and send the entire package back to revain. This was a huge box, and would require a major effort to disassemble and re-pack the metal frame and all other items including screws and bolts and sling and send to revain. I feel the company should have simply sent out a new sling but they want no part of it- so one star for this company because that's as low as I can go! I'm sure the fabric will now tear soon.
