Silk is not of good quality.
I didn't need rolls of silk ribbon. Remember you get what you pay for. It was a low-quality silk ribbon. I hope that with a little more effort I can still use masking tape in my crazy quilt project. The kit itself looked simple enough to be made with English instructions tying the strings together.
