This is the best body scrub. I've tried all kinds of exfoliating body scrubs. I even tried different types of silicone and finally trying this one hit the jackpot. I was able to apply the shower gel directly to the long bristles and lather it all over my body. Then, on the areas that needed more treatment (like the elbows or heels), I simply turned it over and used the other side without reapplying the shower gel. it was so cute To see if it actually does what it says on the tin, I did a test the first time I used it. I would exfoliate a portion on the right side of my body, but I wouldn't exfoliate the left side. I did this for the leg, buttocks, chest, and armpits/lower side of the arm. I could feel a certain difference. So far I've only showered with my new mop, so I'm already looking forward to the bath. I have fibromyalgia and lupus, so my skin is very picky about what it allows, so I was thrilled when I discovered this. Also, if you have sensitive skin and are trying to find something gentle enough to exfoliate your skin, this will work for that too. So I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a silicone body scrub to use on sensitive skin. Try it, if you don't like it, you can always return it.
