Love the toaster. I use this every day. Effective are 3 different height levels with different heating levels for pizza, pastries, biscuits, roasting, baking etc. I bake bread in it on the stone, grill meat and fish, grill vegetables (on the stone for a great "plancha" effect (setting on "Pizza" β or "fry" if you prefer a little searing β I bake casseroles, naturally toasted bagels, whatever. You can also slow cook (or keep warm) if the temperature drops to 120 degrees! can bake mousses, terrines, pies that require a very low baking temperature. I have a size 1/2 (10Γ12), 2" deep hotel pan for use as a double boiler and great results. If you keep an eye on cleaning, is makes this a breeze with a non-stick interior coating, with a timer that counts up to I don't know how many hours but also gives you minutes and seconds, a nice light you can turn on and off, efficient convection on - or ext switch, a Celsius or Fahrenheit switch, even a freeze button to set the cooking time, IS I suppose. I can't think of anything else I could need in this superb tabletop oven.
