
Taste is easy to get down. I took before going to the gym and had a great workout. Only issue, I got so sick afterwards. It sure why as I have taken preworkout supplements and had no issue so this stuff made me so queasy for the rest of the day. Not sure if I should have eaten something small beforehand or not. I will attempt it again and see if eating helps prior to workout. I’ll write an update after I try that.
