First of all I would say this is a good product, it has plenty of space for small family dishes, cups, cutlery and small to medium sized utensils. Putting it together was easy and we didn't encounter the problems other users reported with parts not holding together. The negative feature (in our case) is that it's not designed for all types of kitchen sinks, ours has a slightly thicker rim so the drain rises and the water overflows. What we did was place it on a 3/8 - 1/2 piece of wood to elevate it and allow the drain to work properly (which is why I say you'll have to improvise); it wasn't that important to us and since we liked it we decided to keep it.
