For almost a year now I have been working at home remotely, I often sit in headphones listening to music and holding meetings, I used the Creative ChatMax HS-620 headset with a built-in, for false ears the sound is quite normal, I replaced the ear pads, gouged the microphone. I decided to look for a universal headset, both for work needs and for music. I looked at a bunch of reviews, YouTube comparisons, if you look for a quality headset, then for a high price you will get a good headset, but the sound will be mediocre at a price for which you can buy good headphones for music. For meetings, I temporarily used the built-in microphone from the webcam, in the end I decided to take normal ears for music, and leave the microphone from the camera. I considered Sennheiser, AKG, Beyerdynamic (all wired), at the same time I bought an external SoundBlaster G6 card, stupidly compared the sound on YouTube demos, I liked these Baers the most, the sound is excellent, the vocals are just super, the bass is elastic, the vibrations in some graters are impressive, there are sibilants, but there were also in the headset, to be honest, I got used to it very quickly, it doesn’t irritate, I don’t notice. I took 250 Ohm exclusively for home, since there are Sennheiser plugs with them, it is more convenient to ride with them, and at home there is a receiver from Yamaha, through which I also listen to music. If we compare the sound in headphones from the G6 card and the receiver, to be honest, I didn’t really notice the difference, but with the built-in, the difference is noticeable. A twisted wire is a plus for me, since the wire does not fall to the floor, it constantly ran into it earlier, there is an extension cord for the receiver. Hope they last a long time.
