The brakes on this scooter lock up the wheel even if you don't apply it. This is a replacement scooter and I had the same issue the first day as the previous one. I'm attaching a video to show the problem with the entire scooter in plain sight. No one steps on the brakes, but the rear wheel suddenly locks up when spinning. That's very disappointing. When I also tried to find the manufacturer's phone number, because I liked all the other features of the scooter I couldn't get a manual for that model or a support number where I could call them and inquire about this product.
