Won't mix with clean water, looks like new boxed driveway salt
This material is anything but pure. If you mix a solution of this substance, you will get a precipitate regardless of the concentration you mix. Had it been pure calcium chloride, nothing would have failed. This stuff reminds me of when I used road salts as a two part mix.
