Not worth the money, cheaply made, doesn't light up, faulty wiring blown after plugging it in

I bought this black light to restore the color of my fading gaming consoles, the black light wouldn't even light up and 5 minutes after plugging it in it started it started to smoke, I had to quickly turn it off and take it outside. faulty wiring? The body of the lamp is so thin, made out of the cheapest plastic, that it seems like it will fall apart if you just pull it out of the box. I bought this 4 months ago and just took it out of the box so I don't even know if I can get a refund. I would just avoid this product, its cheap but you get what you pay for.
