First of all, the mixer itself is great. It does exactly what it's supposed to do and has more than enough power to do it. Mechanically I had no problems; However, here is my problem with JAWZ, a company. Be aware that the JAWZ blade is built into the jar and cannot be replaced as a spare. The next logical question will then be, why not replace the entire container right away? JAWZ says you can't do this and that if you need to replace the blades you'll have to buy a brand new blender. Who does it? All other leading blenders offer replacement blades as a spare part. Which racket launches JAWZ. Their mixer is considered top-notch and relatively expensive compared to other leading competitors in the high-end mixer space. Who has more than $170 to buy a new blender every time the blades need replacing? This is ethically wrong! I will be sharing this with other potential buyers on Facebook, Twitter and AWS so they don't fall for JAWZ's shady practices. For this reason I will never buy a JAWZ blender again.
