Noticeable results after the first use, the taste could definitely be better but for the price it's amazing. I was a bit skeptical due to the fact that it cost $5 and that the 1 star reviews said they received a blank pen or a pen that wouldn't work. I'm glad I decided to buy this while it works and I'll report continued use. *Update* I have posted pictures before using the product and after 3 uses.
