Moisturizing. the best balms and moisturizers
The main reason I wanted to buy this product wasn't because I wanted a lip balm but because I saw the tape I love using it to wrap my lips easy to tint. Yes, I buy things that celebrities use if they're in my price range. #I am poor. The lip balm tinted my lips a bit but didn't feel sticky/tacky and felt soft on my lips. I don't know how else to describe it. I have a lip balm that I bought more expensive from Sephora, but I like this one better. The smell was subtle but very pleasant. I would recommend this product to friends and family. If anyone is interested, the BTS group. giggle
