If you're reading this review, you're probably wondering how to go from LCD to LED. And why not? The difference in image quality is amazing! The colour, clarity and sharpness of an LED monitor has to be seen to be believed. So the only problem is the choice of manufacturer: who offers the best value for money? In my opinion you can't go wrong with LG as the E2381VR-BN is the best monitor I've ever owned. Here are a few things that make this monitor stand out: > Easy to connect - The monitor has multiple connection ports located on the bottom of the monitor (rather than the base of the screen), which also makes for a cleaner look. > Connect multiple devices - RGB and HDMI inputs allow you to connect more than one device and then easily switch between them; B. Your computer or laptop and a DVD player. > Ergonomic controls - I was blown away by the touch controls at the bottom of the panel! Just hover over the buttons to launch and update settings or factory reset. > Resolution - settings make it easy to change monitor resolution from normal to low, medium and high; depending on the task. It's important to note that since these controls are available, I can quickly change the profile to Task: Environment for email; high for web surfing; the highest for working with graphics; etc. For me this is really a revolutionary feature. > Stylish – A very chic look with a slim profile and a piano black finish that complements any interior. > Pivot - Finally a monitor that can be pivoted up and down; although some might be disappointed by the lack of rotation (left to right) which is not a problem for me when working at the table. > Eco-friendly - LG is Energy Star qualified and offers users many options to manage their energy consumption. > Matte display – glare is kept to a minimum, but image quality remains excellent. No more compromises between glare and image quality! > Accessories – Of course, LG comes with a CD (user manual) and cables to get you up and running in minutes. Overall, LG offers excellent value for money. I recommend this monitor to everyone!
