It's easy to use with great customer service support! I like that it allows me to enter my own recipes as well as pull from previous orders if needed. We also have an option of using our in-house recipe manager which helps us maintain consistency across all stores but could be improved upon. If you are looking at this system because your current one has too many features then look elsewhere - there isn't much need here aside from being able to track inventory more efficiently than what we can do manually now. Tracking ingredients easily, keeping records straight & having access to historical data are some benefits.
