I like that it is easy to use with no technical knowledge required for setup or printing labels! We started out at just one printer per location so there were some initial hiccups but we have since expanded our network allowing us more flexibility in terms of labeling options (we now offer up-to 10 different types). The ease in which this software can be used to create labels for our cakes is amazing! I would highly recommend it because everything about it so far has been easy to use and understand. Nothing at all that i dislike yet but if there was something it would have to be maybe how some things are set up a little different than other programs out there. We were able to create label designs without having to do much research or figuring out what we wanted ourselves. It also helped us determine prices
