I like that it is easy to use with no technical knowledge required for setup or printing labels! We started out at just one printer per location so there were some initial hiccups but we have since expanded our network allowing us more flexibility in terms of labeling options (we now offer up-to 10 different types). The software does not always work correctly when used via mobile devices which can be very frustrating if you need immediate access while working outside during business hours - however they are aware this issue exists and do make improvements regularly!! Our customers love being able see what their product looks/tastes exactly how its supposed too look before purchase.
