I like that it has all of our accounts in one place, so we don't have to keep track manually or go back & forth between different software programs! I like that it can be customized very well to fit your specific needs. The customer service could improve, but when you are dealing with a small business they should be able to pick up the phone if something isn't clear or if you have an issue. We needed a more robust system than what was in place at my current job because there is less overhead and less manpower. I love that it's an all-in-one, easy to use system. The customer service has always been great as well. It truly does have everything you need in one place. I wish there was more flexibility with scheduling. We've had times where we've needed to change a schedule, but they don't allow us to do that until after 7 days.
