BakeSmart Review

We use this software to plan our baking schedules for multiple locations (we have 2). The user interface is very easy to navigate even if it's first time using an automated scheduling program such that users with little experience can work through their recipe selections without difficulty! Allowing me to set my own recipes from scratch is very important for our business! I have been able to manage my staff time by knowing when each recipe should be baked versus cooked. Being able to see what ingredients are coming off at different stages makes it easy to adjust accordingly. We can't access this information online so that's one thing we don't like about Bake Smart but with their software being cloud-based we will eventually get there! Also sometimes I need help figuring things out

I like that it's easy to use and simple for students who are new at baking! It also allows me to see how much time is left before my next batch comes out so i don't have to check all the time. The only thing i dislike is that there isn't an option to change the recipes. Sometimes we get stuck with what was sent by school when our teacher doesn't know about changes made on itunes or something else.
