My team loves using Sphinx for their eCommerce site

I like that it can be customized very well to fit your specific needs. The customer service could improve, but when you are dealing with a small business they should be able to pick up the phone if something isn't clear or if you have an issue. We needed a more robust system than what was in place at my current job because there is less overhead and less manpower. The ability to make changes without calling anyone out has been key to being able to get our store system back online quickly after our server crashed.
