I love that it's an all-in-one, easy to use system. The customer service has always been great as well. It truly does have everything you need in one place. I wish there was more flexibility with scheduling. We've had times where we've needed to change a schedule, but they don't allow us to do that until after 7 days. That can be frustrating when you're trying to get things done quickly. This is a very user friendly software. Also, the customer service is amazing. I'm able to find what I need without having to call them. That alone makes me happy!
