I like that it is easy to use for small businesses such as ours! It has an online feature which allows us access from anywhere in our office or home without having any software installed locally at each location we are working out-of (we have multiple locations). The pricing structure can be confusing so make sure you understand how much different items will cost before purchasing this product if needed with more than one store/location within same business entity - otherwise there won't need too many changes made once set up properly because everything works great right off bat when setup correctly!!
