Factory Defective Suitable for exhaust and emissions

This is a normally open valve for venting gas vapor into the charcoal adsorber. The old 1 had a power failure so it stayed open and wouldn't close when power was applied. This 1 is capped and it is now very difficult to fill the tank with petrol as he wants to vent through the filler neck and not the canister. Cheap part, cheap result. You have to go back and do the task again.
