All rusty after 4 uses

After the first normal use the metal started to discolor, after the second use it was all rusty and my rag and mop were stained, I've only used it 4 times. I just let the water sit on the bucket for 2 hours. This is very bad quality, I return it, don't wash your clothes in it, it will damage your clothes.
