Review on WebbRes by Johnny Wheat

We used a demo version of WebbRes for about two weeks before deciding to buy. We have since purchased the full version. It was definitely worth the investment. WebbRes has allowed us to gain control over our dealership’s business processes. With our previous system, we had no idea how many customers came into our location, how long they stayed, etc. This has allowed us to better allocate resources and sell products/services to our best customers. In addition, the reporting features provided by WebbRes are amazing! We get detailed monthly and weekly reports on all aspects of our business. We can even analyze data by specific customer type, make comparisons between locations, view overall trends, and drill down into individual customer transactions. Reports include totals and averages per customer, vehicle information, and per transaction data. Most importantly, WebbRes allows us to stay organized, track sales history, and see how much we’re spending on advertising. The software helps us run a profitable dealership. Our experience with WebbRes has been great so far. Our team members love using the program and would recommend it to other dealers. We are confident that we made the right decision when choosing to go with WebbRes.
