Review on 🔌 IZTOSS 12 Slot Relay Relays Blade: Efficient Power Distribution for Enhanced Control by James Salem

I am using this 12 slot Iztoss relay box on a larger old lathe to convert it to work with an AC drive driving a three phase motor and circuitry. The electronics on the lathe were completely removed, so I had to rewire all the on/off and emergency stop functions to work with the new AC drive. I have mapped all the wires/circuits to work with and set up a test panel with connectors. off all the relays and all the lathe circuit connections as well as the AC drive connections and started using jumpers to get the circuits to do what I wanted. Start, Stop, Reverse, Emergency Stop, Safety Shutdown when covers are removed or when emergency stop footswitch is activated. It was fun figuring everything out. Some circuits must control other circuits, and if power is removed through the safety switch, the entire circuit must remain de-energized until the emergency stop master switch is reset. The 2nd relay circuit on the line will not re-energize until the 1st relay has been properly reset with the kill switch/power switch. It's nice to be able to connect any NO or NC relay to this panel. Finally figured everything out, like I said, what fun. No really, it was fun haha. Nothing would have happened without this Iztoss 12 slot relay box. Yes, I'm the type who loves wiring haha. Wiring an old lathe or hot rod. It's fun to finally figure it out and see it come to life. The 12 slot Iztoss relay box made this possible.
