The system also has a lot of customizations that can make it very specific to your organization. If you have a more specific need, it may not work well for you. We needed an easy way to share our products and services with our customers quickly and easily. This was a great way to do so, and we were able to see who had viewed what in real time, which helped us track our success. It helps us manage our documents and it can be accessed anywhere. The user interface is very simple and easy to navigate. There are several modules which makes it easier for you to use. I haven't found anything that I disliked about this product. If you have multiple users who need access to the same document, then this will definitely help you. This is a great solution if you want to centralize your document library. We use this as a tool to store documents and also upload them when necessary.
