Here's the thing: If you want to podcast or stream, cardioid microphones like the Blue Yeti or similar are often recommended. If you don't have an audio processing room, DO NOT use a cardioid mix! A cardioid microphone picks up the neighbor's dog barking, the TV in the next room, your ceiling fan, etc. They work great in the studio but not so well for streamers in the bedroom. Audio Technia AT2005USB is what you need. Sounds good, doesn't require you to put up a sound booth to not hear your voice, plus everything within 10 meters, and it's not very expensive. The Sure MV7 will be a significant upgrade, but the AT3005USB will get the job done.
