I bought this mic for my son. A few months after I got the mic it stopped picking up sound. I have contacted support and received permission to send the microphone in for repair or replacement. After returning the mic I received an email saying they received my return and will contact me in 2 days with an update. A few weeks later I still haven't heard anything.
