Absolutely terrible customer service

I bought this mic for my son. A few months after I got the mic it stopped picking up sound. I have contacted support and received permission to send the microphone in for repair or replacement. After returning the mic I received an email saying they received my return and will contact me in 2 days with an update. A few weeks later I still haven't heard anything. Finally, I tried logging into my account on their website to see if they posted a status update and their login system wasn't working. I then emailed their support team and received no response. I called their support team and no one answered or called me back after I left a message. Meanwhile, my son is patiently waiting for his microphone to be repaired or returned and has been asking me for updates almost daily for the last month. Eventually I get an email stating that after I created my "case" online with them which they integrated into the new "CRM" system and my case was not integrated into the new system, I was told that I need to create a new account and get a ticket through their new system. A few days after creating a new application, I still have not received an update, more than a month has passed since they received the microphone. I am beyond disappointed with your product and customer service. My son is disappointed and will not buy a new microphone in the hope that his original microphone will be repaired or replaced. This is the worst customer service (or lack of service) I have experienced from any company. I do not recommend purchasing this product or any other Blue Microphones product.
