The straps holding the hoverboard broke in half during the second ride. My son's spine has been in disarray for weeks. He has recovered and has no broken bones. We informed the company about the belts and no reply. I found a commercial strap that worked great. We then had many other problems and we don't use them anymore. These carts fall apart easily, check before each ride. They also triggered emergency operation of various hoverboards. They cause so many problems with hoverboards that they've either had to be recalibrated or thrown away. The other day there was such a loss of control that the son could not move away from the cars. We did. I do not recommend. I also don't usually write negative reviews unless I really find a lot of issues.
