I use this card with both the Lexar Professional USB 3.0 LRW300URBNA Dual Slot Reader and the Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex 750GB USB 2.0 STAA750100 Ultraportable External Hard Drive (Black) with Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex Upgrade Cable USB 3.0 is STAE104 and it works as expected (40-50MB transfer speed with 10-50MB TIFF, JPEG and RAW files); the best I ever got from my similar USB 2.0 setup was around 12-16MB). The driver installed perfectly on Windows 7 Ultimate 64 and immediately recognized both devices as 3.0. I love this USB 3.0 world.
