My original one star review is below: I contacted the company with my issue of an electrician being unable to install a fan and I say they were very willing to try to rectify the situation and our communication was via email. They informed me that the fan I received did not have the correct user manual and the video for the fan was not the fan I purchased. The customer service number they gave me had no person answering it so I contacted them. It took the electrician 2 days and I'm grateful that someone was dedicated to fixing the problem, but one day he partially disassembled it to see the differences between the brochure and the actual product I have (the company said that some details have been changed). installed and it works great. I will report that the company offered me discounted compensation (far from the cost of the fan but I appreciate it) for the hassle, inconvenience and time I paid a licensed professional to update the review . I'm giving 4 stars for the fan which still looks and works great (it's been 2 weeks) and also thanks to the efforts the company made to fix things with me. I am grateful to the electrician who got it working as it is a sleek fan that puts out a lot of light and is very quiet. First review: I love the look of this fan but my electrician says there are no places to screw the parts together and the instructions say the chandelier is already screwed together and the instructions don't match the way match how the parts are delivered. It took me less than 24 hours. There is no customer service number and I sent an email asking for help. I was very excited about this product and chose this one over Hunter. I hope my choice is justified. Otherwise I have to send it back as soon as possible.
