The ability to manage one's own profile without having to rely on an employee or manager for assistance! It allows me to keep my personal information private while also allowing others who work with me access to their information.
I wish there was more flexibility in terms of what you can do within your account as far as customizing it to fit your needs. We have been able to create our own profiles that we then share with other employees which has helped us be better organized when communicating via email and phone calls.
