Perfect for my 2006 Suzuki Grand Vitara. All you have to do is remove the passenger side carpet, unscrew the three screws from the existing fan, disconnect the two electrical connectors and reverse the steps to install the new fan. There are several videos on YouTube showing the exact steps. The only difference I can tell between the OEM fan and this one is that it instead lacks a foam cover to isolate some of the noise from the fan. It's a little louder than the OEM fan at high RPM, but I think it moves a little more air as well. With summer here in the south the most important thing was to find a working AC fan and this met my needs. Be wary of fans which are very cheap in comparison. The fans fit, but only move about 1/4 of the air from the stock fan.
