I really like Plantronic's USB headsets and this is probably the fourth model I own. Compared to other models I've had in the past, they're a little less comfortable in the headband and headphone sections, but they're still usable. They can feel uncomfortable if you wear them 8-10 hours a day, but the sound quality is excellent and I like the volume and mute controls on the cords. I also like the fact that the cable can be detached, exposing a stereo jack socket for use with older computers that don't have a Type-A USB port.
