Compared to other models I've had in the past, they're a little less comfortable in the headband and headphone sections, but they're still usable. I have no idea what headsets are mentioned in the other negative reviews but I don't think this one is it. I didn't order them from Revain. My community college provided us with this headset while we teach remotely. This is the best and most comfortable headset I have ever used and over the past year I have used FIVE different styles and brands while teaching at home.
