-Eliminates silos that can cause duplication when trying not too many things simultaneously.-Incorporates both technology & human resources together which gives you great flexibility over your employees knowledge.-Great tool for communication internally as well with internal teams/departments outside our team (eHR). Great way if getting feedback from HR department or other departments such like Marketing etc., It's easy to use. I can easily see all my risks in one place.The reporting is very detailed and easy to understand. The interface could be more user friendly. I would definitely recommend this product to other organisations as it does exactly what you need from an integrated risk management solution. We are able to track our risk across the board and drill down when required.
